How to create a new email profile in Outlook 2013 for windows 7 OS?


Profiles contained email account. What is email profile? Email profile is nothing just containing email accounts, data files and information about where your email messages are stored and when all your email is lost you need email recovery. When first time you run outlook a new profile is created automatically. So after that whenever you start the outlook the profile runs every time.

No need to create new profile every time but if you feel to create a new profile so you can do it. For example- you might use one profile for work related email messages and one more profile is using for messages in your personal email account.  As well as if another user use your computer, their accounts and settings can be kept in separate profile and that files have different names.

So here in this blog i explains the steps of creating a new profile in outlook 2013. Here one more thing i want to tell you that you can also use these steps with outlook 2007 and in outlook 2010:-

1. Firstly you have to click on start and then just go on Run.
2. Then type the following command in the open box and then just press Enter.
3. After that open the Mail setup dialog box.

For Windows 7 OS:
· It is not important that control panel is in either large icons or small icons you have to just click on Mail and the Mail Setup box appears.

· Just after this click on Show Profiles.

· On the General tab, under when starting Microsoft Office Outlook, use this profile you need to press Prompt for a profile to be used, and then press Add.

· Type the name In the Profile Name box that you want to use for the new email profile, and then click OK.

· In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, press Add a new e-mail account, and then press Next.

· Press the appropriate server type for your new email account, and then press Next.

· Type your account information in the boxes where it is required, and then press Next.

· Press Finish, and then Press OK.

Virus is detected now what to do?


When you are working on your computer and suddenly a message is popup informing you "virus is detected". After seeing this type of message you just afraid and think now what  i have to do? You just confused and don't understand that what the exactly meaning of this message. So here in this blog i describe that what to do if you got a message like virus detected.

Its a good thing for you that you got a message which says virus detected.It means that antivirus of your computer is working fine. The antivirus software detects the viruses of your computer and remove them.

If you got this type of message you need not to be worried. It doesn't mean that any virus is running on your computer or you a virus it attached with file that you download very soon. This kind of message only mean that antivirus software detects virus not your computer having viruses. After receiving this type of message your antivirus software try to remove the particular virus before it caused any problems for your computer.

In other words if the message “virus detected”  occurs during normal use of computer then don't worry it doesn’t mean that your computer is already infected or that the virus ever did anything. This message comes only to inform you that you are visiting on an infected page that may cause of virus installation in your computer or you are downloading a harmful file on which virus is attached. So, to safe your computer avoid to do this type of things.

Types of Operating System


An operating system is the main part of your computer system. An operating system is a system software used to make the hardware and software part of your computer to communicate with each other.

Beep Code Errors and Solutions


Once I open my computer for doing some work and it start with a beep sound I immediately switched it off and try to open it again and again it start with a beep sound, I just afraid that what happens with my computer and then I decided to go to PC doctor so that my computer starts working again. Now I came to know that these are the sound codes which laptop generates when faces any sort of problems.






Here below a small description of beep code error are given below:

· Beep signal: 1 long beep.
Interpretation: no any error, completion of Power on self test routine.

· Beep signal: 1 long & 2 short beep.
Interpretation: failure of video BIOS ROM .

· Beep signal: 1 long & 3 short beeps.
Interpretation: an error is detected by memory test.

· Beep signal: 1 long & 8 short beeps.
Interpretation: an error in video adapter.

· Beep signal: only 2 short beeps.
Interpretation:  failure of hardware test during Power On Self Test routine.

· Beep signal: only 1 short beep.
Interpretation: refresh failure in DRAM.

· Beep signal: only 3 short beeps.
Interpretation: failure of base memory in first 64 K of RAM IC.

· Beep signal: only 4 short beeps.
Interpretation: failure System timer IC.

· Beep signal: only 5 short beeps.
Interpretation: failure of CPU of your computer setup .

Steps To Install Network Interface Controller In Your Computer


NIC stands for Network Interface Controller. It is hardware part of your computer system which is used to connect computer to computer network. Here some simple steps are describe to install a NIC card:
A NIC installation is a very simple process. Before installing you must switch off the power supply for avoiding any electrical hazard. It is always good to wear a static electricity discharge strap while working with the PC’s components.


1. Remove the screws holding the sides of the ca and slowly slide off both the panels.

2. Find the PCI slots on your computer motherboard and remove the metal backing plate by taking out the screws holding it by slowly sliding it up and out. You can take help of flat-blade metal screw driver or pliers, taking care of sharp edges left behind.

3. Now take the NIC card and place it into one of the PCI slots by aligning the guide notches with the PCI slot. And remember to keep jack facing outside the PC.

4. Firmly press straight down with gentle pressure such that the mounting bracket is properly aligned with the slot.

5. Remove the network interface card from its anti-static bag and place it over the slot with the jack facing outside the PC.

6. Check whether card is properly installed end to end to secure it in the slot so that the gold contacts at the bottom of the NIC disappears totally in the slot.

7. Replace the NIC mounting bracket to the case with a screw and plug your machine back in. Plug in the Ethernet wire to the RJ-45 jack and the other end into DSL, modem, router or directly to another PC.

8. Now hardware installation is complete and you have reached on driver installation part. The NIC comes with a disk containing the necessary drivers for the software installation. The Disk contain self automated program which get started as you insert the disk, just follow the instruction. Follow the network wizard located in the Start-Settings-Control Panel and complete the procedure.

So by following the above mentioned steps you can install a NIC card with your own without need of any computer technician which will charge you a hefty amount of doing a simple task.
